Honey Mustard Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 small salmon filets
  • 2 Tbsp butter or ghee
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, mustard, lemon juice, and soy sauce.
  3. Add salmon filets to a shallow baking dish.
  4. Coat salmon evenly with honey mustard mixture and sprinkle with black pepper.
  5. Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes or until flaky and fork-tender.
