Lemon Baked Cod

Ingredients:

  • Cod Fillets
  • Ghee or Butter (approx 1 tsp per fillet)
  • Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Lemon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Place desired amount of cod fillets on a baking sheet.
  3. Place approx 1 tsp of ghee or butter on top of each fillet.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
  5. Top each fillet with 2 slices of lemon.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork.
  7. Enjoy!
