Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 fists of spinach (or greens of choice)
  • 1-1.5 cups of berries (or fruit of choice)
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter
  • 1/4 – 1/3 cup nut or oat milk
  • Optional toppings: cacao nibs, unsweetened shredded coconut, fresh fruit, goji berries, hemp seeds, chia seeds, bee pollen, etc.


  1. Add all ingredients (except for toppings) into a high powered blender. Mix until creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
