Lemon-Tahini Dressing


  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast (optional)
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • dash of salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Mix garlic, tahini, lemon juice, nutritional yeast (optional) and olive oil in a mini food processor or use an immersion blender.
  2. Process until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add in the water (and more if needed).
  3. Serve on your favourite salad or wrap.
