- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast (optional)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- dash of salt and pepper, to taste
- Mix garlic, tahini, lemon juice, nutritional yeast (optional) and olive oil in a mini food processor or use an immersion blender.
- Process until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add in the water (and more if needed).
- Serve on your favourite salad or wrap.
