Garlic Hummus


  • 7-12 cloves of garlic (depending on how much garlic you want)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 3 heaping spoonfuls of tahini
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1-2 TBSP olive oil
  • Water
  • ¼ tsp cumin (optional)
  • ¼ tsp lemon pepper (optional)


  1. In a food processor or blender chop up garlic.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, starting with 1 TBSP of oil and adding more if needed, also adding water as needed to help make it smooth.
