- 7-12 cloves of garlic (depending on how much garlic you want)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 3 heaping spoonfuls of tahini
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1-2 TBSP olive oil
- ¼ tsp cumin (optional)
- ¼ tsp lemon pepper (optional)
- In a food processor or blender chop up garlic.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, starting with 1 TBSP of oil and adding more if needed, also adding water as needed to help make it smooth.
