Balsamic Vinaigrette


  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil 
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard 
  • Dash of Salt, pepper and garlic powder


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar.
  2. Keep in the fridge for the week.

TIP: The oil in the dressing will solidify in the fridge, take the dressing out 30 mins prior to eating to all to liquify.
