- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Dash of Salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar.
- Keep in the fridge for the week.
TIP: The oil in the dressing will solidify in the fridge, take the dressing out 30 mins prior to eating to all to liquify.
