Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp of low sodium tamari, soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Enjoy on your favourite dish or salad!
