- 1.5 cups Rolled Oats
- ½ cup Natural Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup real Maple Syrup
- 2-3 TBSP coconut milk (or any dairy-free milk)
- 1 TBSP ground flax seed
- 1 TBSP Hemp hearts
- Cacao nibs (optional)
- Protein Powder(optional: use a bit of extra milk if you use it)
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Roll into balls (about 15 depending on size)
- Refrigerate, and enjoy!
