- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- Lemon or Lime juice
- 1 jalapeno (more or less depending on how spicy you like it)
- Cilantro (optional)
- Cumin (optional)
- Put all ingredients (except avocado) in food processor or finely chop everything
- Place in bowl with avocado and mash everything together.
- Best served immediately with fresh vegetables, crackers or tostitos.
TIP: To prevent guacamole from browning, keep the pit and add it to the bowl after. Cover bowl with saran wrap and press it right against the guacamole.
