Cranberry-Apple Oatmeal

(serves 2)


  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 cups water or dairy-free milk
  • 1-2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil


  1. Melt coconut oi in a pan on medium-high heat.Add cranberries, apple and cinnamon until caramelized.
  2. In a pot bring oats and water/milk to a boil.
  3. Lower heat and add protein powder and extra cinnamon. Mix well until oats are cooked (approx 5 minutes).
  4. Dish oatmeal into 2 bowls, mix in fruit and top with a little bit of real maple syrup.
  5. Enjoy!
