Blueberry Banana Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk or water
  • ½ scoop protein powder (vanilla or whatever you prefer)
  • ½-1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • Handful blueberries(fresh or frozen)
  • Cinnamon
  • Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Bring Oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and water/milk to a boil.
  2. Add Protein powder and blueberries and cook on low for 5 minutes.
  3. Once cooked place in a bowl top with banana, a little bit of fresh maple syrup and extra blueberries (if desired)
