- 2-3 sweet potatoes
- 1-2 tbsp of avocado oil
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- pinch of salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Peel (if desired) sweet potatoes and cut into 1” cubes.
- Toss in a tray with avocado oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (optional), salt and pepper.
- Roast @ 425F for approx 30 minutes or until fork tender. Toss halfway through.
