- 4 cups of broccoli, chopped
- 2 tbsp of oil (preferably avocado)
- ½ tsp of ground coriander seed
- ½ tsp of ground cumin
- 1tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Lemon zest
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- In a large bowl combine broccoli, oil, round coriander seed, ground cumin, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper (optional). Mix well.
- Spread broccoli on a baking sheet and zest a lemon on top of broccoli.
- Roast for 20 minutes and enjoy. Stir broccoli halfway.
